Aneta Borycka The President of the Management Board (CEO - Chief Executive Officer)
Aneta Borycka took over the position of the President of the Management Board of Ultimo in July 2019.
She has been with the Company since March 2012 and since November 2016 she has been a member of the Ultimo’s Management Board.
She is directly responsible for Legal & Compliance, HR, IT, Process Management, Digital Channels & Customer Experience and Communication.
In the period between September 2017 to June 2019 she performed the function of the Chief Operating Officer, managing the team of strategies, secured and unsecured claims, and business analysis. She played the key role in the Ultimo’s transformation process in operations, process optimisation and automation. Initially, within the Ultimo Group, she successfully launched the TAKTO Finanse loan start-up (consumer finance) on the Polish market.
Aneta Borycka has successfully managed projects in the banking and financial sector, where she gained extensive knowledge, especially in the field of the consumer finance market, including among others as the Managing Director of the Marketing Division at Credit Agricole Bank Polska, where she was responsible for the product management, the development of new products and services, the brand management and the bank communication, as well as client strategies.
She graduated in the Management and Marketing at the University of Economics, Wrocław and in the Executive MBA of the University School of Economics, Aalto.
Przemysław Cichoń a Member of the Management Board (CIO - Chief Investment Officer)
In September 2017 he assumed the position of the Chief Investment Officer responsible for Investments (the purchase of debt portfolios), Valuations, Forecasts and Relations with business partners. In March 2019, he was appointed as a Member of the Management Board of Ultimo S.A.
He started working at Ultimo in 2002 where he gained experience and climbed the career ladder. Initially, he was an analyst at the Credit Risk Department where he was the Director from 2004. Between 2006–2008 he gained his experience in the financial market as the Executive Director and since 2008 he was the Director of the Strategy and Campaign Department.
He graduated University of Economics, Wrocław, Economy and Management, Faculty Strategic Management and University of Technology - Faculty of Fundamental Technological Problems, Direction Mathematics. He completed post-graduate studies in credit risk.
Mateusz Łuczak a Member of the Management Board (CFO - Chief Financial Officer)
Mateusz Łuczak joined the Ultimo Management Board on 1st July 2019 and since March 2019 has been the Chief Financial Officer at Ultimo.
He started his career at Ultimo S.A. in 2014 as a financial analyst in the Controlling Department. Thanks to his skills in analytical thinking and his pro-business attitude, he quickly climbed subsequent career paths in the Ultimo Group. From the very beginning, he has supervised many projects optimising various processes in the Group and has dealt with controlling and finances. In 2017, he took over the management of the Controlling and Reporting Department, simultaneously managing three teams of analysts. Currently he is also responsible for Financial and Operational Accounting, Investment Analysis, Procurement, Operations Support and Management Support.
He gained previous professional experience with Hewlett-Packard and Ernst&Young, among other companies. He graduated in Finance and Banking at the University of Economics in Wrocław and gained the bachelor's degree in Mathematics at the University of Wrocław.
Mateusz Łuczak holds the title of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Marek Czystołowski a Member of the Management Board (COO – Chief Operating Officer)
Since July 2019 the Chief Operating Officer in Ultimo and since March 2020 a Management Board Member. He supervises the Strategies, Models and Analyses, Unsecured Claims Collection, Legal Collection and Data. He has the extensive knowledge of debt management.
He has been working for Ultimo since 2009 and during that time he effectively managed projects improving operations and operational processes and implemented new solutions. He was responsible for developing and optimizing debt collection strategies. He also co-created plans and strategic objectives and supervised their implementation. In the years 2015-2017 he was the Director of the Credit Risk Division in Takto Finanse (the Ultimo Group) responsible for the credit risk policy, the implementation of scoring models and the anti-fraud policy.
Marek Czystołowski holds the PhD in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Wrocław, the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science.
