The Customer Service Department exists to accomplish our Clients needs. Our task is to prepare, implement and supervise the execution of contracts signed with you. In accordance with Fair Practices Code we offer wide scope of debt collection methods. Their most important attribute is respect to ethical and moral standards. The other significant attribute we put forward is protection of our Client interests and respect to debtor rights.
We prepare reports on carried out actions, answer any questions relating to signed contracts and participate (together with you) in processing the claims lodged by your Customers.
We are responsible for the organisation of audits when you can learn about everyday work of our company. You have also the opportunity to control the way we ensure the legal and technical protection of the confided data as well as acquaint with safety procedures and personal data protection standards, yours and your Clients.
We are also responsible for issuance of certificates confirming repayment of debts and cooperation with Securitization Fund – Ultimo Niestandaryzowany Sekurytyzacyjny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamkniety.
