Two main areas of ULTIMO business include debt collection on behalf of clients and debt portfolio purchasing.

The majority of the accounts managed by us come from the banking and telecommunications sectors but ULTIMO is also a proven business partner for financial intermediaries and utility companies.

In order to meet the expectations of its Clients, ULTIMO has established a securitization fund whose main purpose is to gather funds for new purchases of large debt portfolios.

In order to improve its operating standards, ULTIMO became a member of the Conference of Financial Companies and in 2005 received a certificate confirming compliance with Good Debt Collection Practices applied by members of the Conference of Financial Companies in Poland and has been recognised as a public trust institution.

ULTIMO’s priority is to act in an effective but first of all ethical manner while performing its debt recovery activities. The most important thing at all times is our care for the reputation of each customer. Positive results of numerous audits conducted at ULTIMO by representatives of banks and telecommunication companies prove that our company is able to meet the requirements of its Clients.
