On 16 April 2008 ULTIMO took part in ICEBREAKERS 2008 – Competition for Socially Sensitive Employers.

As a socially responsible company, ULTIMO is committed to facing current social problems. The company plans to create new jobs for the disabled. For the past two years, ULTIMO has been actively  participating in job fairs for the disabled, thus breaking the barriers and fighting social indifference. The Company received a diploma for its participation in the competition.

ICEBREAKERS is a promotional and social event organised by the Polish Association of Employers of the Disabled. Its goal is to fight stereotypes among business owners and to promote employment of disabled people who are fully competent employees. It was already the third edition of the Competition and it was attended by 320 employers of the disabled from across Poland. This year again the event was organised under the patronage of the Polish First Lady Maria Kaczyńska.
